Return Policy
Should you purchase any products from our store which are faulty or do not fit the product as described, advertised or performance please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Faulty products:
If you should receive your order containing any product/s that are faulty please contact us for a replacement. Please note that the product must be returned in original packaging and unused.
TRANSIT DAMAGE:
All of our packages are packed securely in boxes with packing peanuts, bubble wrap and/or paper (as needed) to ensure that we have taken the utmost care in providing packaging that will remain safe and secure from start to finish of delivery.
Should your package arrive damaged please contact us for information on claiming reimbursement from our freight carriers.
